Participants outside India can avail the conference invitation letter after completing the registration process only from pecteam@panimalar.ac.in to submit to your embassy for participating in the conference. The details requiblue for the invitation letter are:
1. Name, Paper ID and Paper Title
2. Email address
3. Date of Birth and Gender
4. Passport Number
5. Purpose
The invitation letter does not engage any assurance by the convener regarding travel expenditure, accommodation, etc., for the participation in PECMACT 2K19. All Individual visa seekers are requested to apply for the Indian Visa through Online application link, in order to make an application for getting the Indian visa. The duly filled and signed copy of the application form should be submitted to the concerned Indian Visa Application Center (IVAC) or directly to the Indian Mission on the scheduled date along with the supporting documents.
